1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 5gjili website and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and 5gjili (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on the 5gjili Platform. This age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and Philippine law. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2.3 Account Registration

You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

You may fund your 5gjili account using the payment methods available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported Philippine financial institutions. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

The Company does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified. Verification requires submission of valid government-issued identification and proof of address.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Promotional Offers

5gjili may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, and other incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance and cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ₱30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

RNG systems are independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game results are determined by random chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated by the Company or any Player.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Cheating, hacking, or using automated software (bots) to play games.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

5.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue, all affected bets and payouts are void. The Company is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected bet amount.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5gjili and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the six months preceding the claim.

The Company is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

5gjili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration.
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players.
• Failure to complete account verification when requested.

Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings obtained through prohibited activities) will be returned to you, subject to verification and compliance with applicable laws. The Company reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected violations.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the 5gjili Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact 5gjili customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.
